Kenny Michaels is the 40's talkin’, shit eatin’, impression slingin’, funny joke tellin’ “grandfather figure” of the group. His knowledge of the obscure and really obscure still amazes us from week to week. With an airport bottle of Jägermeister in one hand and a Sam Adams in the other, Kenny spouts off about anything and everything with an air of "Why I oughta!” All that while Bob eats puppies and James, well, we’re just happy he shows up every week.

Jeremy gets together with three guests each week out of his Manhattan apartment. He provides them with water and the occassional Chips Ahoy and they discuss anything and everything. In addition to the guests, The Schachter Factor now has several show correspondents that make the show even greater. Jamie Lissow, a hilarious comedian from “The Tonight Show,” “Premium Blend” and Fox News’ “Redeye,” provides the weeks top news stories. Anthony Scalia, who works for one of the nations two top political parties provides us with his biting blog that usually leads off the show each week. And Alicia Reese, a very funny Orlando comedienne humors us with her hijinks.
